SEED PELLETING INSTRUCTIONS
The procedure to follow is as follows:
Materials for pelletizing 25 kg of seed:
• 1 packet of CKC Peat-Based Inoculant (170 grams)
• 500 grams of Sugar
• 300 to 500 ml of Water (Non-chlorinated – Preferably from a well)
1.5 Liters of CKC Adhesive
• 7.5 Kilos CKC Coating Powder
Procedure:
In a clean container, pour the Sugar into the amount of Water
indicated.
Once the sugar has dissolved, gradually pour in the inoculant.
slowly, stirring constantly, until a “mud” forms”
Lump-free homogeneous (Slurry Method)
Shake the Adhesive well before use. (Very Important)
To this mixture of Water + Sugar + Inoculant, add the Adhesive
the recommended amount.
All of this, pour it over 25 kg of seed and stir until you achieve
uniformity in impregnation.
Immediately dump the Coating Powder so that I can
adhere as much of it as possible.
Spread and air dry the treated seeds for 24 hours at
the shade and in a well-ventilated place.
