A bit of history
The company Crawford Keen & Company, originating from the U.S. (hence its acronym CKC), it was established in Argentina in 1970; the same year in which the sustained development of soybean cultivation simultaneously began.
CKC was a leader in its time for introducing Hood, Hood-75, Forrest, Essex, Williams, Agripro, and Stuart soybean seeds to the agricultural market. Along with the seeds, inoculants were also introduced., as CKC is a pioneer in the marketing of this line of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in Argentina, with the species Rhizobium sp and Bradyrhizobium sp.
